Beginner kart for a 4 to 8 year old. Engine turns over but doesn't start (carburetor?). Bought used but never ran this kart. There are a few cosmetic issues (rusted bolts, tear on steering wheel). Prefer local pickup in Los Angeles area. Also willing to deliver locally for a minimal fee. Can ship but buyer to pay freight cost (approximately $400-600 to crate and ship).
